    At ONYXELLE, we are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

    Shipping Coverage

    We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

    Free Shipping

    All orders ship FREE within the United States. There is no minimum order required to qualify for free shipping.

    Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    Estimated Delivery Time

    Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Standard Shipping (Free): 4-8 business days after shipment.

    Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6-10 business days.

    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods (holidays, promotions). During peak seasons, delivery times may be extended by 2-3 business days.

    Order Tracking

    A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent within 24-48 hours after your order ships. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

    Shipping Carriers

    We partner with trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely. Carrier selection is determined at the time of shipment based on destination, package size, and availability.

    Delivery Issues

    Undelivered packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

    • Check with neighbors or household members.
    • Check your mailbox, front porch, side door, garage, or any other location where packages may be left.
    • Contact your local post office or carrier.
    • If the package is still not found after 48 hours, contact us at contact@onyxelle.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate.

    Lost or delayed packages: If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipment date and tracking shows no updates, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

    Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@onyxelle.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

    Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. ONYXELLE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

    Order Modifications and Cancellations

    If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@onyxelle.com as soon as possible. We can only accommodate changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for return instructions.

    Customs and Duties

    As we currently ship within the United States only, no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order.
