What's covered

• A confirmed manufacturing defect in the gold finish — tarnishing, fading, or discoloration under normal everyday wear.
• Once verified, we'll send a free replacement or store credit — your choice.
• Each item is eligible for one replacement under this guarantee, with no time limit.

Which pieces are covered

• Applies to ONYXELLE pieces made of stainless steel or titanium steel with an 18K gold finish.
• Pieces in other materials (solid sterling silver, pearl, gemstone, or specialty finishes) are not covered by the no-tarnish guarantee — they're protected by our standard 60-day returns.

What's not covered

• Physical damage from accidents, drops, or excessive force (e.g., a chain snapped when pulled).
• Loss or theft.
• Normal cosmetic wear such as minor surface scratches.
• Damage from harsh chemicals (bleach, prolonged chlorine, strong solvents) or improper care.

Conditions

• Proof of purchase is required for every claim (ONYXELLE order number or order confirmation).
• The item must be returned and inspected, and a manufacturing defect confirmed, before any replacement or credit is issued. Photos are for initial review only.
• Applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• This is a durability guarantee — it provides a replacement or store credit, not a cash refund.

How to make a claim

1. Email contact@onyxelle.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a clear photo of the issue.
2. We'll review within 3–5 business days. If it qualifies, we'll send you a return address.
3. Return the piece for inspection. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — and is reimbursed if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
4. If the defect is confirmed, we ship your free replacement or issue store credit within 7–10 business days. If no defect is found, the piece is returned to you.
