Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
Shipping Destination: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Onyxelle is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at contact@onyxelle.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
