🇺🇸 For U.S. customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, unless otherwise mandatorily required. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of that state.
🇪🇺 For European customers, these Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction. EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
🇨🇭 For Switzerland, Swiss law applies and the courts of the Canton of Vaud have jurisdiction.
